My name is Geetika. I work in the field of computing and how AI can be used for scientific research and insights.

Art and painting has been my interest and hobby for a very long time. I volunteered for the Art Docent project at my kids’ school for 5-6 years. It gave me an outlet to get back into painting and in the process teach myself too.

While watercolor is my favorite go-to medium, I let the subject dictate whether I choose oil, acrylic or chalk-pastel. As a self-taught artist, I am still learning and improving my craft, therefore have not locked myself to any specific signature style of painting.

With each painting my goal is to tell a story. Hope you enjoy my paintings and the stories behind it.
